Junior card payment analyst
Job Description
o You’ll be joining the Banking Operations team, based in Paris. You will be in charge of the correct processing of all card payments, supporting all major card issues, delivering insight and also unitary requests.
o Key Responsibilities: o Day-to-day monitoring of card transactions (Internal Banking System and our
external Partners), in order to ensure both secure and high quality processing of payments, to meet customer expectations.
o Manage Card Back-Office tasks (fraud, physical shipments, card acceptance…)
o Second level of functional support after care team : analyze and solve problems on card payments for Spendesk
o Report and follow all bugs related to cards from the beginning until the fix action to Product Manager and external Partners (VISA, Marqeta, IDEMIA)
Requirements
Must have :
o Proactive and curious attitude to understanding problems o Ability to communicate in a highly collaborative environment o Able to analyse situations, break down problems and find solutions o Customer centric o Ability to synthesise o Organisation and prioritisation o First experience on card domain
• Nice to have (either degree or professionally) :
o Strong analytical experience with tools like Excel o Knowledge of card processing as an issuer
