We’re looking an experienced recruitment manager to join us as a Talent Director, as we need to ensure best in class People and Process to meet customer demand. 

 

Reporting to the Delivery Director, you will form part of the Talent Partner team who are about to embark on a new chapter for the business. You'll support pod and teams with product and customer relationships, whilst partnering with C-Suite to drive growth and advice. 

 

The role of Talent Director is made up of 7 key competency areas: Pod Management, Hiring and Delivery, People and Operations, Partnership, Account Management, Commercial Awareness and Values.  

  

Your key responsibilities in the Talent Director role across those 7 competencies will include:  

 

Pod Management 

  • Ensure roll out and manage your pod’s performance development plans (PDP)  
  • Support your consultants on their route to promotion  
  • Achieve excellent feedback from your pod  
  • Run regular meetings and 1:1’s with your pod  

  

Hiring and Delivery 

Ensuring that your pod are:  

  • Able to create a hiring plan for every role and every customer  
  • Able to source for any role needed effectively for you and your team  
  • Are achieving delivery targets through effective and varied sourcing techniques for any role.  
  • Are able to regularly present, demonstrate progress and drive change through reporting and forecasting  
  • Can create and show ownership over the hiring process  

  

People Operations and Employer Branding 

You’ll ensure that your pod are:  

  • Able to consult with customers and deliver successful HR projects  
  • Able to drive improvements in diversity hiring across the business  
  • Can create content to promote their customers in the best way possible at all times  

  

Partnership 

You’ll ensure that your pod can:  

  • Use expert knowledge to act as problem-solvers and true consultant to their customers  
  • Actively share applicants across the business  
  • Manage and improve relationships on site at all times  
  • Represent Talent Point in a professional manner at all times  
  • Be a trusted specialist in the eyes of their customer  
  • Be responsible for driving other consultants learning  

  

Account Management 

You’ll ensure that your pod can:  

  • Store appropriate client and candidate information on Vincere and drive relevant reporting to you or the customer  
  • Effectively manage and be responsible for their time in regard to delivery and on-site projects  
  • Communicate professionally at all times  
  • Create valuable, relevant and professionally constructed documentation  

  

Commercial Awareness  

  • You'll ensure your pod drive expansion opportunities and add consultants to their customers
