Off the back of signing multiple new clients, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Talent Managers to come on board and join us. As a Talent Manager you will be become a subject matter expert (SME) in one or two of our key technical markets. As an SME it will be your responsibility to lead sourcing for those technical markets which includes creating strong talent pools full of available applicants. You will also help to assist our Talent Partners with knowledge around skills and salaries in that market and help create Market Reports. Finally, as an SME you will have sole responsibility for ensuring our CRM database Vincere is kept up to date with correct applicant information.

 

This role is critical to the future of Talent Point and by creating strong talent pools in your technical markets you will be giving our Talent Partners continuous profiles to share with our growing customer base.

 

Our team genuinely love recruitment and helping our customers grow through it. So, we’re looking for Talent Managers who love continually speaking to applicants, as well as understanding the ups and downs of the role and thriving within them.

 

As a Talent Manager you can expect to:

In terms of the base-level experience we’re looking for you to demonstrate:

 

  • Confidence in refining searches and sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
  • Strong communication skills and be able to confidently converse with both applicants & internal staff here at Talent Point
  • Be able to learn new skills quickly and enjoy the process of learning
  • Persuasion, persistence and patience when talking to applicants
  • Ability to cope with the pressure of hitting sourcing targets to meet our customer needs
  • Good organisational and time management skills to ensure you can complete all your daily and weekly goals on time
  • Strong administrative skills to continually update the CRM database
  • Good IT skills as you will be working across CRM’s, Social Media and Job boards on a daily basis
